1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 7egbd ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 7egbd platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

7egbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most recent version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on 7egbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on 7egbd.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are permitted to hold only one active account on 7egbd. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent ban.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have a voluntary exclusion arrangement in place that covers the category of service offered by 7egbd.

7egbd may request identity verification documents (National ID, passport, or utility bill) at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with 7egbd, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party under any circumstances.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 7egbd account and change it regularly.
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 7egbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not create accounts using temporary email addresses, VPN services intended to circumvent geographic restrictions, or automated bots.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7egbd supports BDT-denominated transactions exclusively for players registered in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified payment channels. The following terms govern financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in most cases.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. 7egbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7egbd offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal).
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household and IP address. Circumventing this restriction via VPN, proxy, or multiple account creation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7egbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban without recourse:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to process illegally obtained funds. 7egbd will report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location or identity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7egbd platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7egbd or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any material from 7egbd in any form without prior written consent.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on 7egbd are the registered or unregistered trademarks of their respective owners.
• Game content and game mechanics are owned by and licensed from their respective providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of any such content outside the permitted scope of personal gaming use is not allowed.
• Unauthorized use of any 7egbd intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

8. Limitation of Liability
